HAPPY NEW YEAR and HAPPINESS ABOUNDS!
After 3 weeks of not seeing all y’all, we got back in the sale-saddle so you’d come visit us and are ready to rock this New Year!  Hope everyone had a safe and happy-holly-jolly holiday, took plenty of naps, made good choices
and all that fa-la-la 🙂

Hallmark stocking hangars in boxes, medium black metal dog (or large cat) cage, …

… VERRRRY large (like 6 ft tall) birdcage, a 5′ tall x 3′ wide up-slotted display unit with 4 bottom drawers, crafty-lamps, blonde sewing machine cabinet sans the machine, large TV, nice big n’ comfy 3-cushion couch with matching chair & 1/2, leather man-chair and matching ottoman, blue/white checked couch & matching rocker/recliner, 2 antique occasional chairs, nice round wood top/iron base kitchen table, 2 sets of Pfaltzgraff dishes (cream/brown and ‘Portfolio’ that looks like Marjolein Bastein design) and other kitchen staples, Huffy bike, McSpadden Dulcimer in ex-cellent condition, an original Nintendo System with controllers/2 guns/30 games, 2 baker’s racks, 3-seater antique school desk, 2 beeeeautiful heavier white iron daybeds WITH clean mattresses, 6-drawer mid-cent.-look dresser, 5 drawer matching (though nicely painted white) chest, books, sofa table, oval outdoor/glass top table/4 chairs, 2 garage refrigerators, upright freezer, silver painted wrought iron (round table/4 rockers set, coffee table, 2 round end, glider and 2 extra rocking chairs), many yard tools, 2 white wood Jr. Adirondack chairs, large Shop-Vac, Wards trike, extendo ladder, 10 ft and 6 ft ladders and an older SEARS (Tecumseh motor) Go-Cart that will perfectly compliment the Speed Racer Santa left ya last week under the tree.  Va-rooooom. Andacourse, more.  Duh.

Please note that the sale street does not have curbs so pleeeease be mindful to park on the street and not on the neighbor’s grass.  Or the sale homeowner’s grass.  You get the point … you’re a smart lot, ya are 🙂
