Hey-de-ho my little Sale Buckaroos 🙂  I have carpet to yank outta my bedrooms before the new stuff comes tomorrow, so this is a Reader’s Digest version.  Decided that 30 years not only exceeds a carpet life expectancy, it has a high gag factor.  Yep.

** the house is on the Stillwell side of 159th St., with Overland Park across the street.  It’s made for an interesting set of ping-pong phone calls for Paula regarding the No Parking signs.  Any hoo-bee-do, the home is on 159th Street between Nall and Metcalf.

The homeowner was a woodworking buff so have lotsa woodworking power and hand tools including
Jessum Router & table, Homecraft Shaper, Craftsman Table Saw w/5ft work table, Rockwell Saw and cabinet
Rockwell Delta Belt & Disc Sander, Hitachi Router, Craftsman 12″ table saw, Bosch Belt Sander, Delta Jigsaw
Mark V Shop Smith Sander, and a monster dust collection system and other ‘tool shop-y’ stuff, a Woodland Stove/Fireplace (fits into yo fireplace), a brown retro sectional, 2 of the grooviest upholstered retro chairs (one deep aqua and wood and the other floral that I swear Carol Brady used to knit in), pair of Sony speakers, nice blonde bedroom set, solid wood kitchen table/6 chairs (nice!), several chest of drawers, albums, carnival glass, King and Queen mattress sets and beds, Elgin retro/wood sunburst wall clock, yellow metal Grandma’s porch chair, quilts, full kitchen, ALMOST new Maytag Neptune washer and dryer, 2 Lawnboy lawnmowers, the motha-lode of shovels/rakes/lawn schtuff including 3 antique hay forks (you vintage people get sooo creative with those things!), Kohler Power Pro 5,000 generator, a Skilshop portable work bench, 8 ft ladder and 10′ wood ladder, treadmill, lotsa old/antique Mason jars, a burn barrel and some silverplate serving pieces from the US Navy (a little loved, but dandy all the same … and then a buncha that small stuff y’all love.
