As part of the Blue Tape contract, the homeowner is not allowed in the home during the set up or the sale. One of the many reasons is the process can become a journey down Memory Lane. And while the stories are meaningful and fabulous and sometimes quite funny, it’s not efficient. Unfortunately, for the A Team, this was not possible this go ‘round as
I Am That Homeowner. A trizillion thank yous to the A Team for their patience and tolerance while I talked ad nauseum and they took the lead with the sale set up.
For those of you not on our email list, we announced that for this sale, we are taking donations of toilet paper, paper towels and napkins for the local Ronald McDonald Houses. Cash donations for “Tricia’s Care & Share” will also be accepted with Blue Tape Estate Sales matching the $$ up to $500.
