** We have scheduled a plumber and electrician for late Monday afternoon to disconnect light fixtures/water and gas lines so “structural” items purchased on Sunday and Monday may be picked up between 4 and 5pm on Monday or Tuesday between 8am and 11am. Cabinets, in an ideal world, can be removed on Wednesday or an agreed upon day next week as we need to keep on the contractor’s schedule.

** If you want an item that has a YELLOW ticket, please pull the ticket and ask a Blue Tape Team Member for a BLUE SOLD ticket so we may document the purchaser. After you go through checkout, you’ll receive a sticker for you to put on the BLUE SOLD ticket denoting that it’s been paid for. If you change your mind about buying that item, please return the YELLOW ticket to that item. Thanks!

** If you get to the home before the sale opens, you may leave a “marker” (can, pen, rock etc) just behind the blue tape line that says “Line Starts Here” then go back to your car and troll Facebook or the stock market but you may not leave the area or will lose your place in line.

** Please be considerate of neighbors by not parking in front of their driveways (even a bit!), and keep those wheels on the street and not a lawn, thanks!

** DO NOT go in the backyard – deck and other areas are unsafe.

Thanks for your patience in reading this (if you got this far!) and, as always, Blue Tape Estate Sales & Service is abundantly and forever grateful for each and every one of all y’all for your support of our Sale Events and your friendship.

Peace,
Nancy
And the reason it all runs well, the Blue Tape A Team
