Quick sidebar: Before we begin a sale, we always pass out Neighbor Notes to the sale home’s neighbors to alert them of the sale and the extra traffic. Oftentimes they stop by and see if they can bring us something or offer for our Team to park in their driveways. For whatever reason those simple kind gestures just gets me in the feels and want to give a shout-out-high-five-round-o’-applause to all the kind neighbors everywhere that make us feel welcome. Just thoughtful … like a Saturday morning phone call from that sweet person who offers to bring you coffee to your porch … just sayin’ :).

You know the drill:

** If you get to the sale early, please leave a marker of some kind at the line marker on the driveway. You may visit with other early birds or go back to your car and ponder the universe but if you leave the area you will lose your place in line. Bummersville, but that’s how the line rolls.

** All items must be picked up by noon on Thursday. That’s how we roll.

** This home WILL BE FOR SALE SOOOON! Please leave your name and phone number at checkout and we’ll pass it on to the family.

SEE YOU WEDNESDAY!

Nancy

And … the bestest Blue Tape A Team in all the land. Truth.
