Some additional deets:

** Early-Bird sale-ers, please leave a marker of some kind behind the predictable “Line begins here” marker on the driveway. Feel free to catch a few Zs in your car, but if you leave the area, you’ll lose your place in line and sadness will ensue. Truth.

** All items must be picked up by noon on Wednesday.

** This home will be for sale soon – and nice neighbors await! If you want to be the early bird and catch this residential worm, please feel free to call the realtor, Jim Blaufus, directly at 913.226.7442.

And yes, I used the word “kooky”. I’m cool like that.
